Puducherry Human Resource Circle (PDYHRC) is a non profit organization, registered under the Society Act, comprising of HR professionals from diverse sectors such as Manufacturing, IT, ITES/ BPO and Service sectors. More than 100 members have enrolled themselves as members of this association. The members of the association are specialists in the field of Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, Training and Development. Established in September 2016, PDYHRC has spread it's wings to cover industries in the neighbouring regions ofCuddalore and Villupuram.

With a view to enhance knowledge,PDYHRC organizes regular Monthly Meetings, Discussions, Group chats, Debates, Seminars, Presentations, Workshops and Trainings. Eminent professionals who have excelled in the field of Human Resources, Industrial Relations and allied areas are invited as Guest speakers to share their rich experience and knowledge with the members in the monthly meetings.

Members of PDYHRC strive to motivate and enhance the knowledge level/ potential of students who have the innate aspiration to become HR professionals by imparting regular training. PDYHRC also endeavours to bring about synergy between Industry and Educational institutions, by inviting experts from industries to share their knowledge among the Students,to enhance their potential, while they explore their prospects in securing employment. PDYHRC encourages students to participate in the Monthly meetings. The monthly meetings of PDYHRC serve as a platform to honour deserving students who excel in their academic career and co – curricular activities.

HR professionals of PDYHRC coordinate with their professional network in placing students in industries.In February 2018 PDYHRC, in association with Alpha Group of Institutions conducted a Mega Job Fair, in which 43 companies participated. More than 5300 candidates turned up and around 1100 offer letters were issued by the recruiters on the same day evening.

PDYHRC utilizes the services of its members, skilled in Learning and Development to impart training to industries interested in availing the training programs offered by PDYHRC.

The Committee members at the helm of affairs of PDYHRC are it's President Mr.Duddley Douglas, Vice – President Mr.M.V.Kannan, Secretary Mr.D.Raja, Treasurer Mr.M.Arul, Joint Treasurer Mr.Rogyand Executive committee member Mr. Santosh, The Committee is supported by a dynamic team of office bearers.

PDYHRC constantly endeavours to redefine the benchmarks and delivers programs for Professional and People Excellence through well-definedpeople processes,thereby facilitating the HR professionals to bring about Organisational Development at par with international standards.
